Beans

Your bean inventory is the catalog of coffees you're working with. Each bean records the details that matter for dialing — roaster, origin, process, roast level and tasting notes — and can be picked when you start a dial-in session.

Your inventory

Open Beans from the sidebar to see everything in your active workspace. Beans are scoped to the workspace, so a team shares one inventory while your personal beans stay private.

Add a bean

  1. 1
    New bean

From the Beans page choose “Add bean”, or add one on the fly from inside the dial-in wizard.

  2. 2
    Fill in the details

Only roaster and name are required — everything else is optional but helps with dialing and search.

  3. 3
    Save

The bean is added to your inventory and becomes selectable when dialing.

Community beans

Beyond your own inventory you can browse beans shared by the community. Community beans show a “from [username]” credit that links to the contributor’s public profile.

  • Browse the community library to discover coffees other people are dialing.
  • Save a community bean to copy it into your own inventory so you can dial with it.
  • Tap the contributor’s name to view their public profile.
Edit anytime
You can edit or remove any bean in your inventory as roasts change or you refine your notes.
